By using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or schedule any treatments

All treatments are performed by licensed professionals. Results vary by individual. The information on our site is for informational purposes only and does not substitute professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any treatment

Appointments & Cancellations

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 100% service fee.

Multiple no-shows may result in restricted booking access.

Payments & Refunds

A $200 deposit is required to reserve any treatment appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total.

Full payment for all treatments is due at the time of service, unless otherwise discussed in writing.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.

All services are non-refundable once rendered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and may result in restricted booking access in the future.

Promotions, Packages & Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Promotions and packages must be used within the advertised time frame.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.

Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a guardian with written consent

We may restrict site access at our discretion.
